University North and Martinez Park / Capital Hill are directly north of Colorado State University’s campus, and Avery Park / Prospect Shields is directly west. Meadowlark, Historic Fort Collins, and Stover are the most affordable neighborhoods for property rentals and can be found east (Historic Fort Collins), southeast (Stover), and south (Meadowlark) of CSU.
